First Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all our care on God, because He cares for us. Letting go is handing the weight to Someone who can actually carry it.
How do you let go of what you cannot control?
Name it, pray it over to God specifically, and refuse to pick it back up an hour later. Trust is a practice of open hands, repeated daily.
