Tired, But Still Here
If you are tired in a way sleep does not fix, this is for you. Being tired and still here is not weakness. It is proof you have not quit.

What do you say to someone who is tired of everything?
Start here: you are still here, and that still counts. Rest is allowed. Quitting on yourself is not required. God carries what you cannot, and small quiet progress still moves your life forward.
What does the Bible say about being tired and overwhelmed?
Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28, KJV). Weariness is not a faith failure. It is an invitation to be carried.
